My career has been built in the consultancy arena where I have worked with clients on high-profile strategic and organisational assignments of importance to them and their organisations. I have been a Partner and VP in leading consultancies.  Independent since 2003, I still continue with this client advisory work as well as acting as facilitator to senior groups.
 
Throughout my career I have always had an interest in the training and development of executives in the consulting and professional services world.  I have taken lead roles in the design and implementation of corporate professional development functions. I now dedicate a significant amount of my time developing and delivering programmes to teach, coach and develop critical consulting and leadership skills in others.  I work with individuals, private firms and educational institutions and deliver these face-face and online.

I'm very fortunate. I enjoy what I do and I know people enjoy working with me.  I get to spend time with enthusiastic and interesting people who want to learn and my work takes me around the world.  I have worked extensively in Europe, North and South America and across Asia.   

I'm well travelled, but I like to divide my free time between London and Barcelona.  I am equally comfortable working in English or Spanish.
